This wasn't anything in my mailbox, but I made a wonderful visit to Barnes and Noble. *sighs* I would move in there if they'd let me! Every book I want, coffee and comfy chairs. What more could you ask for!!
Dreamland by Sarah Dessen
Release Date - May 2004
Release Date - May 2004
Rogerson Biscoe, with his green eyes and dark curly hair, is absolutely seductive. Before long, sixteen-year-old Caitlin finds herself under his spell. And when he starts to abuse her, she finds she's in too deep to get herself out...
Perfect Parker Fadley isn’t so perfect anymore. She’s quit the cheerleading squad, she’s dumped her perfect boyfriend, and she’s failing school. Her parents are on a constant suicide watch and her counselors think she’s playing games…but what they don’t know, the real reason for this whole mess, isn’t something she can say out loud. It isn’t even something she can say to herself. A horrible thing has happened and it just might be her fault. If she can just remove herself from everybody--be totally alone--then everything will be okay...The problem is, nobody will let her.
Need by Carrie Jones
Release Date - December 2008
Zara collects phobias the way other high school girls collect lipsticks. Little wonder, since life’s been pretty rough so far. Her father left, her stepfather just died, and her mother’s pretty much checked out. Now Zara’s living with her grandmother in sleepy, cold Maine so that she stays “safe.” Zara doesn’t think she’s in danger; she thinks her mother can’t deal. Wrong. Turns out that guy she sees everywhere, the one leaving trails of gold glitter, isn’t a figment of her imagination. He’s a pixie—and not the cute, lovable kind with wings. He’s the kind who has dreadful, uncontrollable needs. And he’s trailing Zara.

Dreamland is awesome! I hope you enjoy it. :D
Yes it is a great week! I was like a kid in the coolest candy store! lol. I'm loving Need right now. Dreamland I started and I so know it's going to be a fave and Cracked Up To Be, Amber read already and she loved it. We have the same taste so I'm so excited about starting it. =D!!
I've only read the first one, but I want to read cracked up to be soo badly!
I would also love to live in barnes and noble :D or any bookstore really, well as long as it's ginormous :D
You had a good week. Cracked Up To Be and Need are on my to-be-read list. Hopefully I will read those soon. Dreamland is good but not one of my favorite Sarah Dessen books.
