Miracles Really Do Happen

This is a random post with me rambling about something extraordinary that happened. Okay, it's not going to be that extraordinary to you, but it is for me. Because you see, my older sister does not read books at all. The last time I remember seeing her actually pick up a book was probably in 1997 and that was Helter Skelter.

But then last week she watched Twilight, and you can guess what happened next.....

Yes, that's right....

My sister read the book!

And now she's on New Moon. I even have documented proof that she is reading:

She wouldn't show her face for this, and then called me a dork for actually taking it. But anywho, thank you Stephenie Meyer for getting my sister to read!

Now only if she'd read the stuff that I write...*hint hint nudge nudge*

Isn't it great when stuff like this happens? I finally pulled my fiancee away from his video games to read The Mist. He loved it but the movie was a disappointment.

Funny! I still have to read Twilight *hides head in shame* but eventually it will happen!

I can relate to being excited that your sibling reads! It is so nice to be living with someone that you can share and gush about books with!

lol, the same thing happened to me! Except my younger sister only read a chapter of Twilight, but still.

Great post!
